Dubai-Mubasher: Gulf Navigation Holding will discuss amendments to its organisational chart on 14 July, according to a bourse statement.
The company’s board approved on 20 March the appointment of Abdulla Al Hemeiri as the new chairman and Anas Atatreh as the vice chairman, after the shareholders gave a nod to reduce the number of board members to 7 from 11.
