Riyadh - Mubasher: Google Cloud has appointed Bader Almadi as its Country Manager in Saudi Arabia, according to a press release on Thursday.
Bader will be responsible for implementing Cloud’s strategy and expanding its partnership ecosystem across the Kingdom.
Moreover, the new official will be supporting the scaling of customers through various industries that include retail, healthcare, financial services, entertainment, and others.
Having 16-year expertise in information technology (IT) and tech sales leadership, the new country manager handled the relationship among Saudi conglomerates such as; Saudi Telecom Company (stc), Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA), and Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily), as well as customers in banking and cloud services providers.
AbdulRahman Al Thehaiban, Managing Director for Middle East, Turkey, and Africa at Google Cloud, commented: “Bader, who brings a wealth of expertise to the team, will be spearheading the next phase of growth and expansion into the Saudi market.”
It is worth noting that in 2020, Saudi Aramco Development Company, a subsidiary of Saudi Aramco, partnered with Google Cloud to provide its services to enterprise customers in the Kingdom.
