Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of General Company for Silos and Storage approved distributing cash dividends at EGP 1.5 per share for the fiscal year 2015/16, totaling EGP 15 million, said the company in a bourse statement on Monday.
The company’s adjusted FY15/16 earnings rose 79% year-on-year to EGP 58.24 million from EGP 32.45 million, the statement revealed.
Earlier, the company announced a 254.9% increase in FY15/16 earnings to EGP 83.25 million.
The ordinary meeting also approved amending FY15/16 investment plans, raising its value to EGP 27.5 million from EGP 26.18 million, the statement indicated.
The stock closed Thursday lower 1.03% to EGP 31.7 a share.
