Cairo – Mubasher: A total of 24 agreements in the Mediterranean Sea and Nile Delta with investments worth $2.70 billion and grants of $25 million were signed in four years, the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company's (EGAS) Vice Chairman for Agreements and Exploration, Samir Raslan, stated during Al-Ahram Energy Conference 2022.
Raslan revealed that the company had to amend and develop agreements in line with market changes in order to attract additional new investments.
Moreover, he added that during the three coming years, Egypt will record major gas reserves that will positively reflect on the national production and production size.
