Mubasher: The GCC markets are expected to continue rising on Sunday in line with investors’ tendency to increase positions of shares as well as the approach of profit-taking season, analysts told Mubasher.
Foreign traders at the GCC markets tend to build new purchasing positions of blue chips and medium shares, capital market analyst Ahmad Abdulgalil said.
The Saudi stock market is projected to continue its upward performance this week, capital market analyst Ali Al-Anzi said.
He noted that the GCC stock markets may see mixed performance on Sunday as oil prices are back to fall.
As global markets continue to fall, investors at the Gulf markets may shrink their stock position, GCC capital market analyst Dayem Sultan noted.
