Riyadh – Mubasher: Gas Solutions, a subsidiary of National Gas Industrialization Company (GASCO), has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the National Housing Company (NHC) on 10 February.
The agreement aims to consider potential cooperation in gas distribution for NHC's projects, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
The MoU will be effective from the signing date until the completion of the projects.
GASCO noted that the financial impact of Gas Solutions’ deal with NHC could not be determined at the current time.
