Riyadh – Mubasher: Future Vision for Health Training Company recently signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Bisha to collaborate on specialized educational and professional development initiatives, according to a bourse filing.
The contract spans a duration of three years and focuses on the development and operation of fellowship programs, professional certifications, training courses, and vocational diplomas.
Under the terms of the agreement that was penned on 29 September 2026, Future Vision will manage the implementation and marketing of training events and programs aimed at enhancing professional medical education.
While the contract does not carry a fixed total value, the actual financial consideration will be determined based on the specific services and programs executed throughout the term, in accordance with agreed-upon financial mechanisms.
The company expects the partnership to yield a positive financial impact starting from 2027.
Future Vision confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction.
The agreement aligns with relevant regulations to provide integrated training and educational services through the university’s infrastructure.
