Four Season to develop EGP 2bn residential project in New Administrative Capital

Cairo - Mubasher: Four Season Group, a real estate development company, seeks to invest around EGP 2 billion in a residential project, spanning over an area of 23 acres, in the New Administrative Capital.

Close to the largest four international hotels, universities, schools in the R8 district, Floria is the company's fifth project in the New Administrative Capital, the company's CEO, Michael El-Asyouty, said during a recent press conference.

To be completed within around three years, the project includes 980 residential units and a commercial centre.

Meanwhile, the company targets sales worth about EGP 2.5 billion.

The company's other projects in the New Administrative Capital are Blue Mall,  Seventeenth Mall, Evira Mall, and Rixos Mall.

El-Asyouty said: "The company aims to establish Floria Compound in the R8 area due to its proximity to the diplomatic district, exhibition grounds, medical district, Cathedral, universities, and the Opera House."
