Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Foodco Holding’s board approved on Monday a plan to develop its subsidiary Sense Gourmet Food Company, according to a bourse filing.
The statement did not disclose any further details on the plan.
Noteworthy, Foodco owns 48.4% of Sense Gourmet.
