Riyadh — Mubasher: Fesh Fash Snack Food Production Company reported a net profit of SAR 2.52 million in the first half (H1) of 2026, representing a 15.68% decline from the SAR 2.99 million recorded in H1-25, according to the income statements.
Earnings per share (EPS) hit SAR 0.13 in H1-26, compared to SAR 0.15 in the prior-year period.
The company attributed the profit compression to a 2.5% increase in operating costs, totaling SAR 319,210 alongside higher international shipping rates and local raw material prices driven by regional developments.
Sales for the period reached SAR 19.37 million, marking a slight decrease of 1.36% from SAR 19.64m million in H1-25.
Selling expenses also rose by 2.10%, though the company managed to reduce general expenses by 8% or SAR 143,556.
Total shareholders' equity grew by 16.04% to SAR 23.28 million as of 30 June 2026.
The company noted that it increased its capital by SAR 8.48 million on 8 June 2026 through a bonus share issue, which led to the retroactive adjustment of earnings per share figures in accordance with IAS 33 standards.
Meanwhile, the independent auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
