Kuwait-Mubasher: Eyas for Higher and Technical Education made a correction to the value of losses, earlier reported at KWD 240,000, on back of divesting its entire stake in Advanced Educational Company in Saudi Arabia to become KWD 234,400.
Eyas said that the corrected amount of losses will be listed in the financial statements for the second quarter of 2015/2016.
In its bourse filing on Tuesday, the company also corrected the value it received in return for the exit, saying the given check worth KWD 1.31 million not KWD 1.30 million as announced earlier.
