Cairo - Mubasher: The Panama-flagged Ever Given vessel, which ran aground in the Suez Canal in March, is set to leave Egypt after reaching a settlement agreement with the canal's officials, according to state-run TV.
The giant container vessel was seized in the Bitter Lake pending compensation for the blockage of the Suez Canal for six days.
The Suez Canal Authority (SCA) will hold a ceremony for the settlement agreement with the vessel's owner on Wednesday.
