Dubai-Mubasher: The euro declined on Monday as consumer confidence in the Eurozone fell in December.
Eurozone confidence index dropped in December to 15.7, compared with forecast of 17 and 15.1 in the previous month, according to the statement issued by Sentix GmbH on Monday.
At 9:46GMT, the euro fell by 0.57% to 1.0817 per dollar, its lowest since 3 December.
The euro fell 0.19% against the sterling to reach 0.7180.
