Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Emirates Telecommunications Group (Etisalat) has appointed Mikhail Gerchuk as CEO-international as of 1 March 2022.
Gerchuk will enable the company to fulfill its international telco strategy and long-term plans to achieve growth across international operations, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The new CEO-international will report directly to Etisalat’s Group CEO.
With a 20-year experience in the telecommunications sector, Gerchuk has assumed several leadership positions in Vodafone, MTS, and VEON.
Gerchuk also occupied the position of Senior Advisor of Telecom, Media, and Technology Practice at McKinsey & Company in London.
