Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a negative performance on Monday in line with the fall of major stocks like Etisalat.
The general index fell 0.09% or 3.9 points to reach 4,564.06 points by 10:40am UAE time.
The telecom sector led losers with a 0.26% decline as Etisalat opened lower.
The banks sector retreated 0.14% after Abu Dhabi National Bank (NBAD) and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) slid 1.45% and 0.3% respectively.
Turnover reached AED 10.61 million after trading 5.86 million shares through 109 transactions.
