Dubai – Mubasher: Emirates REIT’s net asset value amounted to $492 million by the end of April 2017.
The fund’s portfolio value stood at $764 million, according to a statement.
The fund will distribute a dividend of $0.04 per share by the end of June for last year, subject to the shareholders' approval. Dividend yield stands at 7.3%, based on a share price of $1.10, which is the closing share price as at 30 May 2017.
Shareholders owning shares on the register as at market close on 8 June 2017 will be entitled to receive dividends.
The shareholders’ annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, 14 June.
