UAE - Mubasher: Emarat, an Emirati petroleum company, has inked a partnership agreement with Aquacool Metering, a subsidiary of Emirates District Cooling which is fully owned by Dubai Investments.
Under the agreement, Emarat will become the exclusive gas supplier to Aquacool’s residential, commercial, and industrial portfolio, according to a press release on Tuesday.
Emarat will also offer Aquacool's customers with reliable gas delivery solutions and deliver convenient gas cylinders to households in Dubai.
The partnership with Aquacool is part of Emarat’s liquified petroleum gas (LPG) growth strategy to provide innovative services and solutions across various industries within the UAE.
The Director-General of Emarat, Ali Khalifa Al Shamsi, said: "We foresee great opportunities to re-invent the service standards and quality assurances in the local LPG Market by linking our operations, deliveries, sales, and customer care efforts while utilising the best means of technology, artificial intelligence, and automation."
Meanwhile, the Chairman of Aquacool Metering, Mohamed Al Saif Al Kebti, noted: "With the possibilities of extending this partnership to be in various business models adapting latest solutions and enhancing the competences of LPG cylinder deliveries, directly from the source, the elimination of third parties is another added advantage offered to the end customers."
