Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties will launch a 26-storey twin towers under the name of Sunrise Bay soon as part of Emaar Beachfront project.
Sunrise will feature various apartments, while the size of these apartments ranges between 75 square metres (sqm) and 253 sqm, sources told Al-Bayan Newspaper.
Emaar Beachfront is located between Jumeirah Beach Residence and Palm Jumeirah, and has more than 20 residential towers and hotels, spanning 10 million square feet.
