Emaar Properties unveils AED 70bn awarded contracts to drive UAE industrial growth

Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties announced total awarded contracts valued at nearly AED 70 billion during the fifth edition of 'Make It in the Emirates', according to a press release.

This aligns with the group’s commitment to strengthening local supply chains and driving economic value within the UAE. It also backs the UAE’s strategy to promote innovation and build a resilient and diversified economy.

Moreover, the company explored opportunities to foster partnerships and integrate locally produced materials and services across its developments to enhance the UAE’s in-country value.

Concluded on 7 May at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, the event played a central role in accelerating the UAE’s industrial growth, attracting over 122,500 visitors, 1,000 exhibitors, and 300 speakers. It also facilitated more than AED 168 billion in offtake agreements across previous editions.

In 2025, Emaar recorded its highest-ever property sales of AED 80.40 billion ($21.90 billion), representing a 16% increase compared to 2024.

Last March, the company’s annual general meeting (AGM) approved AED 8.80 billion in cash dividends for 2025.
