Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties recorded a 250% year-on-year (YoY) surge in property sales in Dubai during the first five months of 2021, with expectations for higher growth in the first half (H1) of 2021.
The total property sales to date amounted to AED 10.5 billion, compared to AED 3 billion in the same period of 2020, according to a press release on Sunday.
In 2021, Emaar launched Golf Place Terraces in Dubai Hills Estate, Caya and Bliss in Arabian Ranches 3, and Palace Beach Residence in Emaar Beachfront, alongside several residential units such as Dubai Hills Estate and Dubai Creek Harbour.
Emaar Founder, Mohamed Alabbar, said: "I am confident that the Dubai property market is once again a growth story for developers, in light of the UAE's wise policies, with Emaar perfectly positioned to capitalise on this."
