Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties has launched new expansions in Emaar South, a project that is being executed in partnership with Dubai South.
The expansion by Emaar was determined in line with the growing demand on family housing in Dubai, according to an official statement.
“The new Golf Links neighbourhood is the first-of-its-kind villa community in Emaar South, one of the sought-after residential destinations in the city in Dubai South, located only minutes from the Al Maktoum International Airport, and near the site of Expo 2020 Dubai,” Emaar said in the statement.
It is noteworthy that Emaar Properties owns a 50% stake in the Emaar South project, while the remaining 50% is owned by Dubai Aviation City Corporation.
