Emaar Properties achieves AED 163.4bn revenue backlog in Q1-26

Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties witnessed strong performance in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, driven by sustained demand across its core segments, disciplined execution, and the group’s diversified business model.

As of 31 March 2026, revenue backlog jumped by 29% year-on-year (YoY) to AED 163.40 billion ($44.50 billion), according to the financial results.

The property sales hit AED 22.40 billion ($6.10 billion) in Q1-26, marking a 16% YoY growth, driven by continued demand across established communities and new project launches in the UAE.

Total revenue reached AED 12.40 billion ($3.40 billion), representing growth of 23% when compared to Q1-25, supported by contributions from both UAE and international operations.

Emaar logged net profits before tax amounting to AED 7.20 billion ($2 billion) in Q1-26.

The company recently paid a dividend equivalent to 100% of its share capital to shareholders, amounting to 2.40 billion, marking the second consecutive year of such a payout

During the fifth edition of 'Make It in the Emirates', the DFM-listed group unlocked total awarded contracts valued at nearly AED 70 billion.
