Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Development has sold 90% of Beach Vista project, real estate brokers reported on Tuesday.
The local real estate arm of top Dubai real estate developer Emaar Properties offered the units of the project’s second tower for sale on Monday, according to Al-Khaleej newspaper.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Located at Emaar Beachfront, the first tower comprises 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units and is planned to be completed by August 2021.
