Elm renews SAR 500m loan deal with Al Rajhi Bank

Riyadh — Mubasher: Elm Company has renewed a Sharia-compliant credit facility agreement with Al Rajhi Bank at a total value of SAR 500 million.

The financing was secured on 6 October 2026 to provide the company with flexible liquidity options, according to a bourse filing.

The facility carries a duration of 12 months and is intended to fund working capital requirements as needed, while also providing facilities for bank guarantees.

To secure the financing, Elm has provided a promissory note covering the full value of the credit limit.

Elm further confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction.

Meanwhile, this renewal allows Elm to maintain its financial flexibility and support its operational needs through the upcoming year.
