Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, issued decree no. 77 of 2021, approving the KWD 5.5 million loan agreement between the government and the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED), the Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported on Sunday.
The loan will be used to finance the establishment of two seawater desalination plants in New Rafah City and New Bir El-Abd City.
The agreement was signed on 23 November 2020.
