Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued the presidential decree no. 448 of 2020 for the approval of a loan agreement with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), the Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported on Thursday.
On 5 July, Egypt signed an agreement with the IBRD to obtain additional financing of $500 million for the comprehensive housing funding programme.
