Cairo - Mubasher: The ordinary general assembly of Egyptians for Housing and Development Company approved cash dividends worth EGP 67.20 million for 2025.
The EGX-listed company will pay out a dividend of EGP 0.01 per share, equivalent to 20% of the share nominal value, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, Egyptians for Housing will distribute the dividends over two tranches.
The first installment of 5% will amount to EGP 16.80 million, while the second installment of 15% will total EGP 50.40 million.
The board of Egyptians for Housing earlier recommended the 2025 dividend payout, following a 13.60% annual profit growth to EGP 74.19 million.
