Cairo - Mubasher: Egyptian Resorts Co. said it expects the project of Sawari Marina Sahl Hasheesh to generate revenues of EGP 2.2 billion.
The project's investment cost amounts to EGP 1.7 billion, said a bourse statement.
The company is currently preparing all the studies related to the project and will release them upon finishing them.
The master plan for the 2.5-million-square-meter project was recently approved by ERC. Orascom Development and Management, a subsidiary of Orascom Development Holding and creators of the world famous Abu Tig Marina in El Gouna, will be collaborating with ERC as the main developer of the project.
With a total water surface area of 117,000 square meters, the Marina itself will host up to 330 yachts ranging from 10 to 50-plus meters in length.
