Cairo – Mubasher: Trade exchange between Egypt and India has reached $3 billion per year, the Indian ambassador to Cairo Rahul Kulshreshth said.
Almost 30 Indian firms are operating in the North African nation, Kulshreshth added in a statement to the Public Enterprise Ministry on Monday.
The Asian party aims to boost its investments in Egypt and collaborate with the Public Enterprise Ministry in several fields, he stressed.
This came on the sidelines of a meeting between Public Enterprise minister Hisham Tawfik and the Indian ambassador to Cairo Rahul Kulshreshth to discuss common interest and reinforce mutual coordination.
