Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Gulf Bank’s rights issue was covered by 96.32% on Sunday.
Based on Mubasher calculation, the capital top-up through rights issue amounted to $31.15 million out of $32.34 million.
Earlier, the extraordinary general meeting decided to increase the company’s capital to $287.92 million from $255.57 million for rasing the company's capital.
The rights issue was held from 10 April to 10 May 2016.
