Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian Endowments Authority achieved net revenues of EGP 1.8 billion during fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021, registering an annual increase of EGP 200 million, the Middle East News Agency (MENA) cited the Minister of Religious Endowments, Mohamed Gomaa, as saying.
The ministry plays a key role in society by taking part in establishing schools and furnishing homes for the underprivileged, Gomaa noted.
He added that the ministry also donated EGP 50 million to Ataa Charitable Fund for supporting people with disabilities.
