Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) will receive applications for the allocation for eight land plots with areas ranging from 24 to 56 feddans in New Alamein City from Monday, 8 February, until Monday, 15 February.
Spanning over a total area of 270 feddans, the eight land plots are dedicated for the establishment of integrated urban projects with investments of EGP 30 billion, the Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Assem El-Gazzar, said in a statement on Sunday.
The projects are expected to create about 200,000 direct and indirect jobs, El-Gazzar added.
