Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian Ministry of Housing's New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) will launch the largest set of residential units catering to all segments of the society.
Most of these fully-finished units can be purchased under the mortgage finance initiative launched by the President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, which includes providing loans at a declining interest of 3% over a repayment period of up to 30 years, the Minister of Housing, Assem El-Gazzar, said in a statement on Monday.
New residential units will be launched as part of Sakan Misr project in 12 new cities, namely, New October, Hadayek October, El-Obour, New Cairo, New Alamein, New Mansoura, New Minya, Badr, West Qena, New Damietta, El-Shorouk, and Nasser.
Moreover, Dar Misr project will also see the launch of new residential units in eight cities, including 15th of May, Sadat, 10th of Ramadan, Hadayek October, El-Shorouk, New Cairo, Badr, and New Borg El-Arab.
The ministry will also offer residential units in JANNA project in eight new cities and in the Privileged Housing project in three new cities.
