Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt is expected to complete the construction works of spinning and weaving factories affiliated to the Ministry of Public Business Sector by mid-2022.
The total cost of the construction and renovation works is estimated at EGP 7 billion, the Minister of Public Business Sector, Hisham Tawfik, said in a statement on Monday.
Tawfik held a meeting with the managing directors of cotton, spinning, and weaving companies affiliated to the ministry to follow up on the progress of the construction works.
During the meeting, the minister reviewed the construction progress of the staff training centre at Ghazl El-Mahalla Company which is scheduled to be inaugurated in June 2021.
