Egypt targets to vaccinate 40% of population against COVID-19 by 2021-end

Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt targets to vaccinate 40% of its population against coronavirus (COVID-19) by the end of 2021, Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly said.

A total of 2.5 million have already been inoculated with COVID-19 vaccines, while 6 million people have registered to receive the vaccine, Madbouly added in a press conference.

The prime minister stressed on the importance of implementing precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the virus.
