Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Ministry of International Cooperation has issued its 2020 annual report “International Partnerships for Sustainable Development”.
The report showed that the ministry received a total of development financing of $9.891 billion over the course of 2020, including $3.19 billion in financing to the private sector, according to the report released on Tuesday.
The ministry's current cooperation portfolio amounted to $25.662 billion for 377 projects.
Sustainable development goals (SDGs) with the highest development financing are industry, innovation, and infrastructure with $5.737 billion, affordable and clean energy with $5.95 billion, and clean water and sanitation with $4.99 billion.
