Cairo – Mubasher: The EGX30 benchmark index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Thursday lower by 0.46% at 11,638.06 points.
The EGX50 EWI went down by 0.26% to 2,041.57 points.
The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI fell by 0.05% to 2,163.2 points.
EGX100 EWI edged down by 0.18% to end the session at 3,193.02 points.
EGX’s trading value amounted to EGP 656.47 million after 250.26 million shares were traded.
The market cap value reached EGP 749.91 billion.
As for trading on securities, Egyptian and foreign investors were net buyers with EGP 21.32 million and EGP 4.18 million, respectively, while Arab traders were net sellers with EGP 25.50 million.
