Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Tuesday’s session higher, with the EGX30 main index up by 1.22% to 9,350.42 points.
The EGX50 EWI rose by 1.01% to 1,710.86 points.
Both the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI and EGX100 EWI also closed the session higher by 1.16% to 1,845.32 points and by 1.20% to 2,704.43 points, respectively.
EGX’s trading value amounted to EGP 1.12 billion after 610.72 million shares were exchanged. The market cap value reached EGP 627.76 billion.
As for trading on securities, Egyptian and Arab investors were net buyers with EGP 68.19 million and EGP 49.28 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 117.47 million.
