Cairo – Mubasher: The indexes of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Sunday’s trading session in the green zone, with the EGX30 main index up 2.43% to 10,339.58 points.
The EGX50 EWI also rose by 2.15% to 1,915.07 points.
Moreover, the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as EGX100 EWI indices closed the session higher by 1.68% to 2,195.49 points and by 1.90% to 3,152.72 points, respectively.
EGX’s trading value stood at EGP 1.22 billion after 606.95 million shares were exchanged. The market cap value reached EGP 693.65 billion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and Arab traders were net buyers with EGP 26.43 million and EGP 5.43 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the foreign investors were net sellers with EGP 31.86 million.
