Egypt’s foreign reserves fall to $33.1bn in July

Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s international reserves went down by 0.69% or $232 million on a monthly basis in July 2022.

The foreign reserves netted $33.14 billion last month, compared to $33.37 billion in June 2022, according to official data by the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).

Earlier this day, the CBE auctioned treasury bills (T-bills) at a combined value of EGP 23 billion through two tranches.
