Cairo – Mubasher: Real Estate Taxes Authority (RTA) has generated EGP 2.14 billion in taxes during the first 10 months of 2018, head of the authority said.
The authority aims to achieve EGP 5.8 billion in property tax by the end of the year, Samia Hussein added on the sidelines of Al Mal GTM conference.
Hussein previously stated that the RTA would maintain receiving installment orders from those who are obliged to pay taxes on real estate.
The installment option is available for anyone who has not submitted the tax declaration yet, she noted.
