Egypt's Moukhtar Ibrahim to implement water project in UAE at EGP 1.9bn

Cairo – Mubasher: Société Egyptienne D'Entreprises (Moukhtar Ibrahim) will implement a water transfer project in Abu Dhabi at a value of EGP 1.90 billion, according to an official statement.

Société Egyptienne D'Entreprises (Moukhtar Ibrahim) is a subsidiary of The Holding Company for Construction and Development (HCCD) of Egypt’s Ministry of Public Business Sector.

Egypt's Minister of Public Business Sector, Mahmoud Esmat, said the project comes within the work strategy and the ministry’s keenness to expand the scope of work of its subsidiaries locally and externally, open new markets, and expand in the real estate export sector while implementing mega projects internally and externally, providing more hard currency and maximising companies’ revenues.

Noteworthy to mention, Moukhtar Ibrahim has implemented many water and wastewater projects in the UAE at a total value of EGP 17.60 billion.
