Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Ministry of Health announced that 155 new cases tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), taking its tally to 2,505.
In addition, 39 cases recovered and were discharged from the quarantine hospital, bringing the total number of recoveries to 553, the spokesman of the health ministry Khaled Megahed said in a statement late on Wednesday.
The health ministry also reported five new deaths, taking its toll to 183.
