Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Agency for Reconstruction, affiliated to the Ministry of Housing, established developmental and service projects in Sinai and Suez Canal Axis with investments of EGP 18.5 billion from 2014 till 2020.
In fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021, the agency is constructing developmental and service projects in Sinai with investments of about EGP 7.8 billion, the Minister of Housing, Assem El-Gazzar, said in a statement on Tuesday.
The projects include the construction of roads, residential complexes, and service buildings such as primary schools, health units, sports facilities, and shopping areas as well as the extension of utility services.
