Cairo – Mubasher: The benchmark EGX30 index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) grew 0.39% or 50.1 points to the level of 12,790.18 points.
Similarly, The EGX70, EGX100 and EGX50 indices rose 0.24%, 0.22% and 0.75% respectively.
By 10:21am Cairo time, trading volume reached 20.5 million shares exchanged at EGP 71.1 million.
Net purchases by local and Arab investors reached EGP 3.1 million and EGP 1.9 million respectively, while net sales by foreign investors amounted to EGP 4.98 million.
Heavyweight CIB declined 0.09% to EGP 77.9, with a turnover of EGP 16.4 million.
Global Telecom fell 0.13% to EGP 7.44, while EFG Hermes rose 1.13% to EGP 23.25.
