Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Minister of Agriculture, El-Sayed El-Kosair, announced the allocation of EGP 703 million for the National Project for Veal Revival.
The funding has been allocated for more than 5,000 young breeders to purchase 47,000 cattle, the minister said in a statement on Thursday.
This brings the total value of the funding for the project to EGP 4 billion for above 25,000 young breeders to help them buy and feed about 272,000 cattle.
