Cairo - Mubasher: Egypt has allocated EGP 3.6 billion for implementing 360 developmental projects in Gharbia governorate as part of the 2021/2022 citizen investment plan, the Egyptian Minister of Planning and Economic Development, Hala El-Saeed, announced on Monday.
El-Saeed said that the country will invest EGP 921.4 million in the housing and slum upgrading sector, EGP 598.5 million in the higher education and scientific research Sector, and EGP 574.1 million in the development sector.
Gharbia will witness the implementation of 115 projects in the housing sector and EGP 741.4 million investments to improve drinking water and sewage services.
