Cairo-Mubasher: Tarek El-Molla, Egypt's minister of petroleum, said he signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to promote sustainable development.
The two parties had signed a MoU in March, to boost cooperation in the fields of boosting energy supplies as well as studying the opportunities of developing and raising the efficiency of Egyptian refineries.
