Kuwait - Mubasher: The financial statements of Educational Holding Group showed a growth in profits by 20.9% for the second quarter ended 28 February 2017.
Net profits reached KWD 1.5 million ($4.91 million) during that period, compared to KWD 1.24 million ($4.06 million) in the same period the year before.
Profits also increased by 46.2% in the first half of the fiscal year to KWD 3.18 million compared to KWD 2.23 million in the same period in 2016.
The company attributed the rise in profits to the increase in its stake in partner companies’ profits, as well as the decline in total expenses.
