Cairo – Mubasher: Edita Food Industries will target investments valued at around EGP 400 million in 2022.
The company plans to raise its production capacity and invest in Edita Morocco, a joint venture (JV) between Edita and Morocco’s Dislog Group, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first nine months (9M) of 2021, Edita recorded a 50% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profits to EGP 321.52 million, compared to EGP 214.53 million, including minority shareholders' rights.
